Mindful Movement Facilitation with a Trauma Sensitive Approach. This class combines forms designed to stretch the body with isometric exercises for strengthening. Special focus on mom-specific problems such as diastasis recti, mothers thumb (De Quervain's tenosynovitis), low back pain, neck/shoulder pain, stuck cocoyx, weak pelvic floor and more.

The course is divided into three sections
I. Using self Reflection and Redirection, we can understand and break the automatic programs that run our lives.
II. Developing and maintaining a Self Care Practice is an essential piece to learning to love ourselves and creates a domino effect.
III. Tuning into the body and Getting Present by utilizing mindful movement and observation to stop reliving the past and worrying about the future.

Learn to bake gluten free (or vegan) Cinnamon Rolls from scratch! June 18th, 2022
Learn the secrets, tips and tricks for baking Alternative Bakery's gluten free (and optionally vegan) cinnamon rolls from scratch. This class will be taught by experienced baker Ashley Lawrence (previously owner of Alternative Bakery).
Together as a class we will start with the dry flour mixture, then we will prep the dough. Step by step, we will walk through the process of setting and rolling the dough, proofing the rolls and baking them to perfection. Last but not least, we will then of course be making the frosting or glaze to top them off.
Ashley will demonstrate the methods she personally has used and each student will follow along at their own station with one on one assistance available every step of the way. This is a hands-on, in-person course being taught from Ashley's home in Thornton, CO.
Included with this hands-on training would be all the supplies you need to make and bake one dozen cinnamon rolls which you can then take home with you. For this class we are allowing students to also take home a copy of this famous cinnamon roll recipe for their own personal use*.
There will be a limited option to also purchase pre-measured dry-mix, the gluten free flour blend, additional frosting/glaze, and additional fresh or frozen cinnamon rolls to take home.
If you prefer to skip the class and just get some rolls that's okay too. We are offering a very limited quantity of fresh or frozen cinnamon rolls available by order only to pick up on June 18th or 19th.
